The Work

Soar! is a 3D painting on glass from Jean-Pierre Weill Studios. The balloon fills most of the composition, the village receding in layers behind the glass below, the sky opening up above. Built in the studio's signature technique, the balloon sits forward from the surface, the girl in her basket looking out at whatever comes next. This air balloon is for adventurers of all kinds, not least those who explore inward.
