In 1992, as he looked for a way to create art and support his growing family, Jean-Pierre Weill hit on an innovative idea: painting in three dimensions on glass. He discovered that he could create 3D paintings by arranging different parts of a single image on multiple levels of glass. People loved it!
The more positive feedback he received, the more he expanded his repertoire, from portraits and still-lifes to landscapes, fantasy, and Judaica.
In the past decade, Jean-Pierre's daughters, Davida and Safira, who grew up with his glass artwork, joined the family studio. They brought new ideas and a fresh palette to an already rich library of paintings. As we continue to receive heartwarming feedback from art lovers around the globe—every bit contributes to our energy and the creative process.
We’d love to hear from you!
